Messrs G. W. Moss and Co report their sale of store cattle and fat sheep at Totara Flat yards on Wednesday as follows :

The entry consisted of 200 store cattle and 300 fat sheep. There was a large attendance of buyers from all parts of the Coast, and prices, as far as store cattle were concerned, satisfactory to the vendors. We sold the following stock :

20 4yr old steers, £6 10s to £6 15s ; 80 3yr old steers, £5 to £5 12s 6d; 70 2yr to 3yr old steers, £3 10s to £4 5s ; 23 yearlings, £ll3 to £3 5a ;35 heifers, £2 8s to £4 17s 6d ; 8 cows, £4 2s 6d ; 7 cows, £2 15s ; 5 yearling bulls, £2. Fat Sheep—Bo heavy crossbred wethers 18s 6dto 20s; 220 wethers, 16s 9d.
