Mr W. M. Vowell of Raupo has, prior to his leaving the Coast in order to take up his abode at Pahiatua, dißOOscd of his farm to Mr B. Cox. Mr Vowell and family left Eaupo on Saturday. We wish him every success in his new homo. On Friday fortnight a social will be held hero in aid of the Catholic Presbytery fund. If the results are as good as the efforts merit, its success is assured. Mr John Kennedy has practicallj completed his contract for making the footpath, and right well has he done it. The path will be greatly appreciated, especially in wet weather when the roads are not as clean as they might be.
