President M'Kinley.

Washington, September 11. In addition to the arrest of Goldman, Abraham Isaacs, the Anarchist editor, and several others were arrested at Chicago on the charge of conspiring to murder the President. An bffioial bulletin at 3 20 from the physicians states that there is no change in the favorable conditions last reported. They describe the patient as being cheery and patient. The police believe that the conspirators intended to kill M'Kinley, other members of the Government also, and some New York capitalists. The bulletin at 9 o'clock stated that President M'Kinley's condition was eminently satisfactory, and unless a complication arises he will be rapidly convalescent.
His pulse is 104* temperature 99 4-5, and reparation 26. Received this day at 9 23 a m. Washington, September 11. The police in New York are taking a census of anarchists shadowing them until their movements are explained. M'Kinley is unchanged in all important ipartioulars. He had a comfortable night but experienced slight irritation arising from the presence of fragments of his coat, which necessitated the partial reopening of the wound, delaying the healing. Kosveldt states that M'Kinley will resume his duties in a month. • Edelbert Stone was arrested at New Jersey, for being accessory to the attack. ' He remarked on Friday that he would not be surprised to hear of M'Kinley being killed to-day. He now declares the statement to be a joke. Melbourne, This Day.
