Beceived this day, at 9 5 a.m. Washington, September 9. Other advices show that Czologsz admitted discussing beforehand with friends the shooting of the President. •The day was warm and there were many visitors at the reception. M'Gurney thoroughly examined the patient on Sunday and reported that there is not a single unfavorable symptom and not the slightest indication of peritonitis. The secret police have traced the plot to Cinoinnjifctv where two arrests have been made. It was originally planned to kill M'Kinley at Cleveland encampment, but Czolgosz refused owing to the nearness to his home.
