RAILWAY FATALITY.

New Plymouth, September 6. Another man was,, cut to pieces on the railway by the train to the breakwater at ten o’clock to-night, making the third fatality in’ 3 about a week. An obstacle was felt by the men on the train near the Motorua crossing, A search was made on the back journey and deceased was found dreadfully mutilated. His head and one leg was severed. It appears thrt the man’s name is James Homos, aged 30, only a day or two out of gaol on i a charge of vagrancy. There is every appearance of suicide.
