GOLD DREDGING.

Lake MaHiNAPUA. This to be wound up, says the West Coast Times, but there can be littie doubt but that a new one will be formed to work the claim, which is really a good one. Wicklow Gold Deeding Company.— A meeting of the Wicklow Gold Dredging Company (Grey District) was hold on the 13th i'nst, at which there were seven shareholders present. The Chairman (Mr ]N T .Y.A. Wales) explained that the meeting was called for the purpose of confirming a resolution to wind, the affairs of the company up, and also to confirm the appointment of Mr S. T. Mirams as liquidator. He thought there might be a small surplus for shareholders out of the 2s per share paid up after the work of liquidation was completed. The resolutions referred to by the ohairman were confirmed, and the liquidator's fee waei fixed at 15 gs.
