A charge of illtreating a dog was hoard aud dismissed, the evidence showing that the dog was tied up tho usual way, but by some means or other the ropo got fowl md choked the animal.
Easson and Co. v. W. E. Jones. Claim tor £ls 183 Bd. Judgement by default with costs. «,,„. Thomas acd Mcßeatk v T. Willis. Claim for £4 19s for goods supplied. Judgment by default with costs. Two Old Ago Pensions were granted i-ospcc'/ivoly for £l7 and £lB.
