BOROUGH OP BRUNNER. SPECIAL ORDER, PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that at a SPECIAL MEETING of the Council of the Borough of Brunner, held on the 13th DAY of AUGUST, 1901, the following resolution was duly passed, viz. : "That this Council doth proceed to borrow and raise by way of special loan, under and in accordance with the provisions of Section 100 of "The Municipal Corporations' Act, 1900," the sum of £875 16s lOd, being money sufficient to clear off the overdraft due by the Council to the National Bank of New Zealand (Limited), as existing on the 31st day of March, 1900."
