Westpoet, This Day. In the District Court to-day the Crown prosecutor entered a nolle prosequi in the criminal libel charge against Kitson of tbe Charleston Herald as result of tbe decision of Appeal Court in the Mabin case. Accused was discharged. The Admiralty’s transport, Penarth, has arrived from Hong Kong. She discharged her last cargo of coal into the warships at Woiheiwei. The Penarth’s charter has been extended for another year.
An infant named M'Mair was badly burnt by its clothes catching fire.
