Hong Kong, August 10. Other Powers interested in China arc strongly protesting againt the British re occupation of the Summer Palace at Pekin and uot signing the protocol. The protests are due to the objections to the International Commission _ for revising the tariff question, which Sir E. Satow persists in re-opening.
