A committe meeting of the Grey Football Club was held in the Commercial Hotel on Saturday evening. It was decided that the Grey First Fifteen play Hokitika at Hokitika, for the benefit of tha Benevolent Society on Saturday next, August 17th. Play Westport' club at Greymouth on Saturday following, 24th, and play Hokitika at Greymouth on Saturday following August 31st, for the benefit of the West Coast Rugby Union, It was also resolved to ask the Junior fixture between Brunner II and Grey 11, to be postponed so as to allow all those who wish to support the Hokitika Benevolent Society to attend. The arrangement of a special train is left in the hands of the Hokitika Club. It was also resolved that all members owing monies to the club if not paid up in 14 days, the names will bo posted up in a conspicuous place. As- b-committee was appointed to make arrangements re entertaining the Westport Football team, and also arrange for the annual ball.
