THE CONCILIATION BOARD.

(per press ASSOCIATION.) Auckland. This Day. At the Conciliation Board this’morning there was a discussion on the criticism by the Premier, and comments in Southern press at the number employers cited. Mr Bagnall said the statement in a great number of cases brought before the Board by agitators was a great slur on those members of the Board who represented Labor Unions. Mr Craig representing the employers, said that so large a number cited was the fault of law. Mr Fawcus said the Premier could not know the provisions of the Act. Neither Lucas nor himself had ever fostered disputes. The Chairman said the Board had no option but to cite all employers of labor. Members of the Board had always acted in a strictly, honorable manner.
