Further Burglaries in Wellington Wellington, July 31. Two more burglaries are reported. Tie premises of Laery and Co, auctioneers, were despoiled of three watches. An attempt was made to break into E. W. Mills and Coy’s warehouse, a door of
which was bored for the purpose of cut ting out a piece and turning the lock at which stage the burglars were evidently disturbed.
Alfred Hornby has been arr.sicd on suspicion of being concerned in the burglary at Laorys and remanded for a week on bail.
