A Boer commando accompanied by women and children, entered Portuguese territory near the rivers Limpopo and Pafurie.
Troops have been sent to disarm them. -
Lord Salisbury and Hon Mr Balfour presented the King’s message to the Lords and Commons respectively, recommending the grant of a hundred thousand to Lord Roberts for bis eminent services,
Most of the Commoners cheered the message.
