STRANGE FINANCIAL REVELATION.
(PEE FBHSS ASSOCIATION.— OOPYBIGHT) London, July 27, Barnes, Official Receiver, made startling revelations in connection with th» London and Globe Finance Corporation in banding shares to a British-American corporation in view of covering their indebtedness prior to the publication of the balance-sheet in December last, instancing the transfer of 1,200,000 of the Westleroi Mining Company’s shares at per exdividend. The Westleroi had five undeveloped claims costing 88,000 dollars representing issues of capital to the ex-, tent of £437,000 ; secondly, the London and Globe Oorporation paid the BritishAmerican Oorporation £200,000 by giving a half in five claims which cost 85,000 dollars.
Barnes is invited to liquidate the London and Globe Corporations in conjunction with a committee Of inspection. : Wessleroi is an American Company registered in 1898 to purchase from the Britieh-American Corporation 12 claims in Kootenay district.
