THE WORKERS’ COMPENSATION ACT, 1901, INVOLVES Employers in the following Liability, payable by them for personal injuries caused by Accident, “ arising out of and in course of Employment,” viz : For FATAL ACCIDENT— Three Years Wages. Minimum Liability £200; maximum £4OO. For TOTAL or PARTIAL DISABLEMENT— (After the Second Week) —Compensation at the rate of Half Wages, such payment not to exceed £2 per week, up to an aggregate £3OO.
