Sir, —Allow me through the columns of your paper to draw the attention of the County Council to the disgraceful state of the main road from Blackball Creek to the mine. I notice a culvert opposite Mr Macdonald s residence wants urgent repairing and tl e sooner the work is done the better. I am, &c., Stick-in-the-mud. Blackball, July 24th.
