At the poll of shareholders in the New Zealand Farmers’ Co-operative Association to-day the result was in favor of the directors’ proposal for a new issue of 3000 shares at 5s premium, £1 paid up as against the amendment to issue 2000 shares at 3s premium, £2 paid up.
