Despite the extraordinary expenditure, tho revenue will meet everything except the expense of the African contingents. A convention will be appointed to deal with the reform of Parliament, made necessary by the establishment of the Commonwealth. Bills will be introduced dealing with industrial arbitration and adult suffrage. Supposed Wreck of a Keroseneladen Ship. News from the Marshall Group states that a largo number of cases of keroseno and the body of a man have been foun'i at Bakar Island, indicating the wreck of a kerosene-laden ship.
