The Teachers Salaries' Commission finding it unable to report by the eighteenth, have decided to ask for a further fortnight's extonsion of time. The Elective Executive Bill.
The Elective Executivo Bill comes up for second reading to-night, and it is certain it will be affirmed for the first time.
