Dunedin, July 11

The Tagus brought 10 officers, 285 men of the Fourth, 13 officers and 375 men of the Fifth, 6 invalids, 4 details, and 12 men belonging to a corps not connected with the colony. The invalids are Farrier Wilson of the Second, Trooper Boyos of the Sixth, Troopers Wooller and Martin of the Sixth, The details are W. Hutchison, Corporal Humphries (7th), Lieut. Landon (2nd), Sergt. Fraser (2nd). Chore are 28 men in hospital, the majority suffering from pneumonia. There ire 16 convalescents. Eleven of the cases in the hospital are somewhat serious. Che 44 cases of invalided and in ho.-pital will bo landed at Port Chalmers.

The townspsopb aro busy to-night decorating for the reception of the contingents to-morrow. The weather is fair, bat snow lies so deep in tho h 11 districts that many country residents will not gat to town.

Tho hotels are full 1 1 overflowing, but billeting for troopers being complete, the committee have been able to find some accommodation for visitors.
