RETURN OF TROOPERS.

(Per Press Association.) Inveecaeoill, This Day. The returning troopers arrived at the Bluff this morning, and were met by tire Governor and Mills, and a great assemblage. The town is gay with bunting and greenery. All district Bands and Volunteer Corps arc in attendance. The weather is perfect, and the reception promises to be a brilliant success.
