It is to be regretted (says the Chnstehurch Press) that some of the men of the contingonts have already suffered the loss of their war medals by having them stolen. There will be some trouble in identifying them where the names have not been placed on them, but, of course, anyone trying to dispose of medals of the kind stated could be called on to account for having them in their possession.
