Money orders at 4p ra registered letters at spm on Thursday, 27th For Natal and Capetown per Naming on 6th; for Copetown per Persic on 26th July. The public arc again reminded that the rate of postage to Australia is 2d per |oz, not Id, and that deficient payment results in the letter being surcharged double the deficiency at office of delivery. Printed and Commercial papers for Queensland are now chargeable at same rates as to Australia and all other places. Magazines and newspapers for Queensland, remain at same rates as heretofore.
