Mails for United Kingdom, Continent of Europe, United States of America via San Francisco clese here on Friday, 28th June at 9a m. Money orpera at 4. p m registered letters at 5 p m on Thursday, 27th For Natal and Capetown per Narrung on 2nd; for Copetown per Persic on 25th July. The public are again reminded that the rate of postage to Australia is 2d per |oz, not Id, and that deficient payment results in the letter heing surcharged double the deficiency at office of delivery. Printed and Commercial papers for Queensland are now chargeable at same rates as to Australia and all other places. Magazines and newspapers for Queensland, remain at same rates as heretofore.
