Letters insufficiently stamped are surcharged double the deficiency on delivery. The public are again reminded that the rate of postage to Australia is 2d per not Id, and that deficient payment results in the letter being surcharged double the deficiency at office of delivery. Printed and Commercial papers for Queensland are now chargeable at same rates as to Australia and all other planes. Magazines and newspapers for Queensland, remain at same rates as heretofore.
