WEST COAST BAND CONTEST

A meeting of the West Coast Band Contest Committee was held at Westport on Friday ovening.

The Secrotary presented a statement showing receipts (including £SO reserve fund) £192 14s 3d, expenditure £172 Oa 2d, credit balance £2O 14s Id. The Committee decided to voto the Groymouth Band £lO 10s towards their expensos in attending the Contest. The secretaries were voted £4 4s. The balance £6 was ordered to be placed in the Post Office Saving Bank. It was resolved that the Denniston Band be allowed to hold the cup until next contest.
