A rumour has been current since Saturday that a circular has been sent to London inviting the Wharf Laborers and Coal Lumpers to come to Sydney, where it is alleged there is abundance of work and a scarcity of workers. The Maritime Unions have cabled a denial of the statements and also induced the Minister of Works to send a cable to the Agent-General to positively deny the abundance of work and scarcity of labor. . . Westralian State Ministry. Received this day at 10 3 a.m. Perth, This Day. Illingworth has formed a Ministry. Leake is Attorney-General. Illingworth JTreasurqr and Colonial Secretary.
