What is believed to be the best artesian well in the colony has been struck on J T. Walker's property in the suburb of Aramoho. At the inquest held to-day on the body found floating in the Buller river last night, the body was identified as that of William Tumulty, who was drowned about six weeks ago when crossing in a boat with firewood for the dredge Mokoia.
