River Plate crossbred or merino wethers, heavy 2sd, light 2|d. Beef is unchanged. Hemp is steady; good Wellington March and May shipment is £23 10s and April and June shipment £23 15s. Kauri sales —2,679 packages were offered and 1.301 sold; three-quarters scraped was firm and all was bought that was in stock, namely 1,747. Copper, 70 15-IG. Silver, 2/3 9-16.
