The outward San Francisco mail leaves Lyttelton after the arrival of the express from Dunedin on Thursday, 9th, leaves Wellington Friday, 10th, by the Eotoiti, Now Plymouth on Saturday, arriving at Manukau on Sunday morning. The Sonoma sails from Auckland-immediately afterwards.
Western Australia has now agreed to accept printed matter at half-penny per two ounces.
Mails for Natal and Capetown per “ Afric ” close at Melbourne on 10th May.
For Natal and Capetown close at Sydney per Yarrawouga on 17th May. For United Kingdom, Continent of Europe, United States via San Francisco close here on Tuesday 7th May at 8 .10 am. Money orders at 4p m, registered letters at 5 p m on 6th.
