London, April 30. The Generals at Pekin have informed the Ministers that it was possible to withdraw troops when the indemnity had been settled. The Generals had decided to allow the Chinese Civil Government to gradually regain authority at Pekin. . A Reuter message states that portion of , fho German force was entrapped in a in the KukwanPass, Shanss, fortyfire out of eighty were disabled.
