They declare that the whole object of the Bond is to secure a non-finality in the South African settlement. Boer Agents [lnoculating Troop Horses with Diseases. London, April 25. The Daily Chronical publishes an extraordinary report to the effect that Boer agents are acting as cattle men and inoculating horses shipped for South Africa at; New Orleans with glanders and other diseases. The result it that hundreds died on tna voyage and others destroyed on arrival at the Cape. Private Herbert White of Queensland was killed at Pabakplaats.
