Terrible Loss of Life.
London, April 24
The Turkish transport Aruslan has been wrecked in the Rod Sea with 2,500 troops and 100 pilgrims aboard. The captain and crew seized the boats and deserted the ship. 200 soldiers were drowned, but the rest were rescued after being in a perilous position for 43 hour.!.
