London, April 24. Mra Botha again visited her husband. There are persistent reports of the renewal of peace negotiations. The British South Africa Chartered Coy offered 100,000 acres for the use of Australian farmers to settle in Rhodesia, the sole condition being that £IOO,OOO be expended in improvement'on the land within 10 years. The Coy’s representative is sailing for Australia in connection with the scheme. Three Victorian Crosses have been awarded to Canadian Dragoons for bravery at Komati Elver. The Standerton Police surprised and captured 25 Boers at a dance in New Denmark.
