Tin; published balance-sheet of the Greymouth Harbor Board for the year ended December 31st, 1900, shows that the year began with a credit balance of £8,169 lis 3d, while revenue amounted to £22,956 9s 9d, bringing the total up to £26,120 Is. Undoubtedly this is a very satisfactory result, and so far as can yet be gimged, the present year will even be better. As to liabilities of the Board, it owes on loan No. 1 CIOO,OOO due in 1925.
