The Pareora arrived this morning from Lyttelton. The Flora arrived early this morning and sails at 5 o'clock this evening for Westport, Timaru, Oainaru and Dunedin.

The Rosamond arrived this morning from Lyttelton and sails for same port on Wednesday with timber.

The Haupiri left Westport at 1030 this morning for Grey. She sails at 8 a m to-morrow for usual ports. The Kini is due to-night from Timaru direct.

The Janet Nicoll leaves Wellington to-day arriving here on Thursday.

The Waverley arrived at 8 this morning from Westport. The Corinna is at present in dock at Port Chalmers for painting and cleaning. The Flora has taken up her running.

Considerable anxiety is being felt for the safety of the ship Piako. 997 tons, which left Melbourne on November 21st for Buffalo River, South Africa. The vessel is now 136 days out.
