JAMES BAIN’S COMEDY COMPANY.
Opera House To-night.
We remind our readers that Mr J. C Bain, tho great Australian comiquo, and his company appear at tho Opera House to-night. Mr Bain’s name is a household word throughout- Australasia, and during tho last eight months he has been playing to crowded houses in New Zealand. Tho Press of this colony speaks in great praise of his success. The Auckland Star says: “Mr Bain is without a doubt the cleverest and most refined comedian ever seen in Now Zealand, and his appearance is always tho signal for prominent cheering and laughter.” One of the features of the entertainment to-night will bo the appearance of Master Claude Sullivan, who by the way, is a cousin of Syd Gregory, tho famous Australian cricketer. Master Sullivan has been taking the audience in Dunedin, Christchurch, Auckland, and Wellington, by storm, as is described as a marvel. Our contemporary says to sum up tho whole show is unique and attractive. Tho prices are fixed at 3s dross circle, 2s stalls, Is pit. We predict a bumper house.
