The Duke exchanged visits with Prince Mohamed Ali, the Khedive’s brother. Ho afterwards visited Lady Strongford’s hospital. He will be entertained to night. Prince Mahomed, Lord Cromer, and several others will be at. the dinner. The Duke will resume his journey early tomorrow.
