THE MUNICIPAL VOTE.
(To the Editor.)
Sir,—-For the benefit of those who arc in doubt as to the qualifications entitling to a vote, will you please add to your last night's information, as to whether one who has lived here over six months has a vote ? Also how long does a person require to have paid rent ? —I am, etc., Resident. [A person boarding out, according to Mr Martin's interpretation, must show that he is' paying at the rate of £lO per annum for the exclusive use of a room. To qualify a person must have resided and paid rent for three months.— Ed. E.S.]
