J. Meagher v. Executor in the estate of John Giblra (deceased) .—Claim for .6123 for monies lent.
A. Paries gave-evidence that Giblin often told them about his affairs. Witness corroborated Meagher's statement in regard to the lending of money. He also swore that Giblin told him that lie (Giblin) bought the shares t'l'om Meagher. Bagher only told witness that he was )g to be summoned as a witness hing else passed. , Scanders gave evidence that GiMin
lain and Davis that had it, not heen for Meagher lie could not have paid the license. He said Mea.ghcr got him out of another corner as Mandl was pushing him. Witness did net remember if money was mentioned. Meagher often served in the bar, took the money, and locked ii]) the place, etc,. A fair amount of business was dc mo.

E. Musson w as called, but supplied no new evidence.
This concluded the case for the plaintiff, and the Magistrate adjourned further hearing till n est Monday,
