Seddon has informed the Government that ho will probably bo unable to attend the opening of the Federal Parliament, but he will come if possible. If not, the Hon. Mr Ward will attend, Now Zealand has asked for accomodation for two members of the Ministry. The Mayor of Wellington attends. The Hon. T. 3L Muarray, C.M.G. represents Natal at the celebrations.
