WARNING TO SAWMILL HANDS.
(To the Editor.) Sir. —Kindly allot me a small space in your journal, to inform those who follow sawmilling as their vocation, that it might be to their advantage to disregard advertisements which have lately been very frequently appearing in the local papers for mill hands in this district. Tnero are at present quite sufficient men
here to perform the work required, and as a number of persons have already been put to the expense and inconvenience of a journey here, and met with disappointment, I trust that the foregoing may be of some benefit to those in search of employment. Thanking you for your space, I am, A Sawduster, Moana 22/3/1931.
