GREYMOUTH TROTTING CLUB.
Glorious weather ushered in the opening of (lie above club’s autumn meeting at Victoria Park to-day, and the attendance is consequently large, visitors being present in force from the Grey Valley, Rcefton, Kumara and Hokitika. The track is in excellent order, and the appointments as usual all that could be desired. The handicapping appears to have given general satisfaction, ns the acceptances for each event are numerous and excellent sport may be looked forwarded to.
