Official details of the flogging of the Boer Peace Envoy at Morgendalo, and the subsequent shooting, after lingering eleven days, show that Do Wet and Froneman were guilty of brutal murder, which disgusted the burghers more than anything else than leaders ever did. London, March 1:1. Official.—De Wet is north of Brandfort. The continuous heavy rains have interferred with his pursuit.
