Wellington, This Day. The following sentences were passed by Justice Cooper this morning:—Hugo North, for false pretences two years; Ngahina Matu, . for theft one month ; Thomas Cassady, defeating the course justice one year.
Lillywhite starts in the ftlokoia to-night on his trip to the Old Country to be tried for the Colchester murder.
