LAWN TENNIS.
Hdkitika y. Greymouth.
The lawn tennis match, played at I Hokitika on Saturday between Hokitika and Greymouth clubs, resulted, (says the Times) in a win for the home team by 103 points. Sixteen games (each 50 points) wero played, Greymouth winning live and Hokitika the remaining eleven. Lunch was provided by the ladies of the local Club, and too much praise cannot be given to them for their successful catering, Mrs Williams, Misses Bcttney, Duncan, Kura Duncan, and Malfroy being especially energetic in the discharge of their duties as hostasses. The following are the scores.
