Imprisonment for Life. Melbourne, March 7. The capital sentence on Nash for murder of his wife has been commuted to imprisonment for life.

The Chinese Question. London, March 6, The Emperor of China has annulled all Imperial edicts and reports issued between June 20th and August 14th.
