Opening of Federal Parliament. London, March 5.
A Eeuter’s message states that Sir Wilfrid Laurier is unable to visit Australia.
Mulock, Postmaster-General, will repre sent Canada at the opening of the Com, monwealth Parliment.

It is understood that the Yorks, after their visit to Australia and Africa, will proceed to Halifax (Nova Scotia) and cross from there to Vancouver and return across Canada.
There is much disappointment at Penang owing to the Yorks not visiting them.
