A Russo-Chinese Treaty. London, March 4,
A semi-official report from St. Petersburg states that the special treaty between China and Russia is solely intended to settle the conditions of the restoration of Manchuria to China.
The Times Pckin correspondent states that Japan has notified China that as Russia is receiving territorial advantages Japan requires an equivalent.
